OH Squats, SL Deadlift, Incline Press, Push-Ups

3 rounds, 12 reps
OH Squats 37.5#
Straight Leg Deadlifts 65#
Incline Press 45#

Push-ups Training, incline 6
Max: 71
Time: 3min 14 seconds

I wanted to hit 100 today, but I'm just not ready. Hopefully next Saturday.

My hamstrings felt the SL deadlifts immediately. Looks like I need to be doing more of those.

The OH Squats were not too bad. They are getting more difficult since I can't go down quite as far anymore, but the weight was good. I will be at 45 pounds next time around.

My goal was to reach 100 push-ups at incline 6 before the baby is born. I was planning on 3 more weeks of training before attempting, but I will try to reach 100 tomorrow. If I make it, I'll move down to incline 7.

I tried an unmodified push-up yesterday and I'm almost there, belly and all.

Deadlift, Wall Ball, Knee-Ups

21-15-9
Deadlifts #75
Wall ball (with basketball to practice form)
Knee-ups

Time: 11min56sec

Stop watch started working again. Yes!

With this extra weight, knee-ups are a lot harder than they used to be. Just holding my body up is a challenge.

Rows, Incline Press, Dips

Rows (#40)
Incline Press (#27.5)
Dips

Time: stopwatch broke in the cold weather :(

OH Squats, Lunges, Hang Cleans

15-12-9-6-3

OH Squats (#22.5)
Lunges (#20 DBs)
Hang power cleans (#22.5)

Time 15:43

Notes:
Since my stomach is preventing me from going all the way down into a full squat (I'm at about 90ยบ), I need to add more weight to the OH squats. The lighter weights are really easy. I'll try 45 pounds next time, though I imagine I'm probably more at 35-40 pounds.

I need more weight for the hang cleans as well. Try 35 pounds next time.

I hate lunges. And it's only because I'm not good at them. Guess that means I better add more to my routine.

Time includes about 3 minutes of training Michelle on hang cleans (goal: proper form).

New Goals

I've been in a funk.

My workout partner unexpectedly went to the hospital and is now in recovery for 6 weeks. She can't lift more than 15 pounds, and even then, her recovery will take a long time. The first week I spent most of the time helping her out, so I was pretty exhausted and only got in minimal workouts.

The second week I needed to start working out again, but I was completely unmotivated without her. On top of that, my husband received a job offer that has left us quite uncertain.

Result? I've been stress eating and not working out very well. To combat this, I'm giving up junk for Lent (starts Wednesday). If I get all of the toxins out of my body, I doubt I will start eating it again. I've also set new workout goals. I've had a hard time since I don't really have an end in mind. So here are my new goals that are going to get me back on track:

Why would anyone want to stress eat?

I have been doing a lot of stress eating lately, which I didn't realize until yesterday when I got a stomach ache. Gross. Pizza rolls, never again.

How do people eat like this on a daily basis? My body is screaming at me for proper nutrition. I have a headache, stomach ache, anxiety, and a bad case of the grumps. And to think, I chose this for the past two weeks. No more. Today is a new day, hallelujah.
